Red61 was founded in 2002 to build a robust and flexible ticketing system that could handle the size and complexity of the Edinburgh Festival Fringe. With more than 50,000 performances of 3,200 events in over 300 venues, and with attendances of 2.8 million people over the three-week festival, the Fringe is the largest arts festival in the world.
